The NCLEX-RN never asks you to name a bone. It asks which bone the compressions land on, which muscle takes the injection and why the other one is refused, which quadrant the tenderness sits in, which cord level keeps the diaphragm working. Every structure here is filed under the nursing action it sits beneath — and nothing without one made it in.

How to read a plate
Turn the body and tap a structure to isolate it. Each one opens with what it is in one line, then why the exam cares — that is the line to remember. How to find it is written for the bedside, not the cadaver lab. The stamped actions beneath are the ones a question is built around; a red stamp means a wrong move hurts the patient.
Every entry passes two independent reviews — one for clinical accuracy, one for how the exam actually tests it — before it appears. Structures you can see in 3D but not yet read about are still in review.
