How this book was built
Every page passes through three hands. A writer drafts each claim against a named authority and records that authority in the page's stamp. A currently licensed registered nurse verifies every clinical statement and every number on the page, initials the stamp, and dates it. An item reviewer confirms that each keyed answer in the practice arc is defensible against the same authority. A page whose stamp is missing any of the four fields is dropped by the build script rather than shipped. That is why the stamp sits on the page instead of in a colophon.
