Unfolding case — Ursula — part 5/5. Earlier: Update 4: the nurse stayed with Ursula's disclosure of reproductive coercion and fear, addressed her immediate safety and followed the setting's pathway. Update 5: some weeks later Ursula returns. She is safe and has support in place, the medication review has come back with one agent to be changed, and her condition readings have improved. She has not started the supplement that was discussed and says she never really wanted to try for a pregnancy this year, but felt she should say she did. Which evaluation judgment carries this counselling forward honestly?
